Terravek TerraScan (retired)
Terravek's first product. Retired in 2014.
The original airborne LiDAR processing toolchain, sold from 2008 to 2013 and supported until the end of 2014. Superseded by ORBIS.
TerraScan was the product Terravek was founded to sell: a desktop toolchain for processing airborne laser altimetry into classified point clouds and terrain models.
It reached end of sale in November 2013 and end of support on 31 December 2014. All customers were migrated to ORBIS 2 with a migration tool and a named engineer.
This page is retained because TerraScan project files are still occasionally found in customer archives. The legacy portal at legacy.terravek.com serves the final documentation set and the point-cloud format specification, read-only.
