Terms of use

These terms govern your use of terravek.com and the material published on it. They do not govern the use of Terravek products or services, which is covered by your Master Services Agreement.

1. Who these terms are with

2. Using this site

You may read, print and share anything published here. You may quote it with attribution.

3. What you may not do

• Harvest e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or personal data from this site — in particular from the staff directory or the departmental addresses page — for unsolicited commercial communication. We publish those to be reachable, not to be marketed at.
• Send unsolicited commercial e-mail to any address published on this site.
• Submit unsolicited agency CVs. See the agency policy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Terravek system, or to test the security of one, except under our coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy, which sets out what is permitted and provides safe harbour.
• Use automated means to place a load on this site that a reasonable person would consider disproportionate. Crawling is welcome; see robots.txt.
• Misrepresent a relationship with Terravek, or use our marks in a way that implies endorsement. See logo usage.

4. Accuracy

We try hard to keep this site accurate and we correct errors when we find them. Product specifications, availability and pricing change. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms part of a contract unless incorporated by reference into a signed agreement.

Where we state a limitation of a product, that statement is deliberate and should be relied on. Where we state a performance figure, it is measured unless labelled as typical or indicative.

5. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Dutch law. The courts of Rotterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
