Standard maintenance windows are Wednesdays 02:00–04:00 UTC for eu-nl-1 and Thursdays 02:00–04:00 UTC for eu-de-1. Not every window is used.
Maintenance that will cause an interruption is announced at least five working days ahead on status.terravek.com and by email to tenancy administrators.
Emergency maintenance is announced as early as we can, which is sometimes not very early. We publish a post-incident review for any emergency change that caused customer impact.
