The 2026 roadmap does something we have avoided for a decade: it consolidates four products onto one tasking and delivery fabric.
We avoided it because vertical products serve customers better in the early years. A port authority does not want a general-purpose Earth observation platform; it wants something that speaks about berths and channels. Building GRIDSCAN, TIDEWATCH and AGRISENSE as distinct applications with their own vocabulary was correct.
What changed is that customers now buy more than one. Roughly a third of our revenue comes from accounts running two or more applications, and for them the separation is no longer helpful — it means two tasking queues, two delivery mechanisms and two mental models for the same underlying acquisition.
The consolidation is under the applications, not over them. GRIDSCAN will still speak about spans and clearance. What changes is that it and TIDEWATCH will share one tasking fabric, one delivery pipeline and one quality model.
The migration is transparent for single-application customers and will run through 2026 and into 2027. There is no charge and no forced timeline. Details in the release notes and in your quarterly service review.
