Terravek Academy launched in September with three certification tracks: Certified Operator, Certified Analyst and Certified Solution Architect.
We built it because support ticket analysis told us something uncomfortable. A large share of cases were not defects. They were people using the platform in a way that produced a technically correct answer to the wrong question — typically comparing two deliveries that were not comparable, or trusting a confidence score they had not understood.
You cannot fix that with documentation, because the people who need it do not know they need it. You fix it with structured teaching and an assessment that surfaces the misconception.
The curriculum is free to license for universities running it inside a degree programme, and the ATLAS sandbox tier exists partly to make that practical. Four universities are running Academy content this academic year.
Courses run in Delft, München and online. Partner enablement is included in the partner programme.
