For customers who want the outcome rather than the platform, Terravek operates the acquisition planning, processing, quality assurance and reporting as a managed service. You receive a findings report on an agreed cadence and an analyst who knows your estate.
Managed Monitoring is how most GRIDSCAN and TIDEWATCH customers start. Roughly a third later move to running the platform themselves; the rest do not, and that is a legitimate outcome.
