The partner portal is at partners.terravek.com. Authentication is through identity.terravek.com using the credentials issued at onboarding, or your own identity provider where federation has been configured.

Phishing. Terravek will never ask you to reconfirm partner
portal credentials by e-mail. The only legitimate domains are
partners.terravek.com and identity.terravek.com. Report anything
else to security@terravek.com.
