A dedicated research unit under a new Chief Scientific Officer.
Terravek has established Terravek Labs, a dedicated applied research unit based in Delft and Toulouse, under Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Élodie Marchand.
The unit will publish openly and operate the joint PhD programme with the Delft Institute of Applied Geomatics.
Terravek Systems N.V. is a privately held Earth observation and geospatial analytics company founded in Delft, the Netherlands, in 2007. It employs 742 people across eight countries and reported revenue of €148.6M in FY2025. Terravek operates the ORBIS platform and the GRIDSCAN, TIDEWATCH and AGRISENSE applications, manufactures FIELDKIT in-situ sensors, and operates a ground station at Svalgrund, Sweden.
