Statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, published on behalf of Terravek Systems N.V. and its subsidiaries including Terravek UK Ltd.

Our business and supply chain

Terravek is a software and instrumentation company employing 742 people across eight countries. Our supply chain has three parts with materially different risk profiles:

1. Technology and professional services — cloud infrastructure, software licences, consultancy. Low risk.
2. Electronic component manufacture for FIELDKIT hardware and Photonwerk optical instruments. This is where our real exposure sits: multi-tier component supply chains extending into regions with documented labour risk. FIELDKIT assembly is in München and optical assembly is in München, but component sourcing is global.
3. Field operations — contracted field crews, principally in East Africa and for aerial capture in Europe. Medium risk, managed through direct contracting rather than labour agencies wherever possible.

What we do about it

• All suppliers accept the Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits forced labour, child labour and the withholding of identity documents, and requires the same of their own suppliers.
• Suppliers above €50,000 annual spend, and every supplier in the electronics tier regardless of value, complete a risk assessment at onboarding and at renewal.
• We contract field crews directly rather than through labour intermediaries wherever it is practical, because intermediation is where most of the risk enters.
• Terravek pays a living wage in every jurisdiction where a credible independent benchmark exists, and does so for contracted field staff as well as employees.
• Our whistleblowing channel is open to supplier and contractor staff, not only employees, and accepts anonymous reports.

What we have not done

We have not conducted on-site audits below tier two of the electronics supply chain. For a company of our size that is a resourcing decision rather than a judgement that the risk is absent, and we state it plainly rather than describing our programme as comprehensive. Our leverage over a tier-three component manufacturer is, realistically, small.

During 2025

• Re-assessed 41 suppliers, of which 3 were required to remediate specific findings (all closed) and 1 was not renewed.
• No reports of forced or child labour were received through any channel.
• Extended the Supplier Code of Conduct to cover aerial capture subcontractors, following a gap identified in the 2024 internal audit.

For 2026

Extend risk assessment to tier-two electronics suppliers and join a sector initiative for shared audit coverage, on the basis that collective leverage is the only realistic route for a company of our size.
