Trade marks

Terravek, ORBIS, GRIDSCAN, TIDEWATCH, AGRISENSE, FIELDKIT, ATLAS and the Terravek contour mark are trade marks of Terravek Systems N.V., registered in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore. Photonwerk and Cardinal Grid are retained trade marks of acquired entities.

Guidance on permitted use is on the logo usage page. Other marks appearing on this site are the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

Open-source software

Terravek publishes SDKs and components under Apache 2.0, MIT and CC-BY licences at github.com/terravek. Licence terms are in each repository. Contributions are covered by the Terravek Contributor Licence Agreement.

Terravek products incorporate open-source software. A complete attribution notice is shipped with each product and is also available on request from legal@terravek.com. Where a licence requires it, source for modified components is provided.

Open data

Datasets published by Terravek Labs are licensed CC-BY-4.0 unless otherwise stated. Attribute as: "Terravek Systems N.V., [dataset name], [year], CC-BY-4.0". Open data and code.

Imagery

Satellite and aerial imagery displayed on this site is either produced by Terravek or licensed from partner operators, and may not be redistributed. Imagery in the media kit is cleared for editorial use.

Patents

Terravek holds 23 granted patents in sensor fusion, optical design and calibration methods. We do not assert patents defensively against open-source implementations of published methods. Licensing enquiries to legal@terravek.com.

Notice and takedown

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to legal@terravek.com with: the material and its URL, the right you hold and evidence of it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We will acknowledge within five working days and respond substantively within fifteen. We remove material where the claim is well founded and say so where it is not.
