ORBIS Cloud is billed monthly in arrears on AOI km² under management, plus any tasked acquisitions in the period. Your invoice itemises both.
Invoices are issued from finance@terravek.com. Terravek's bank details do not change. If you receive a request to update our bank details, it did not come from us — please forward it to security@terravek.com and call your account contact on a number you already have.
Billing queries go to finance@terravek.com with the invoice number in the subject.
