Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data held by Terravek should go to privacy@terravek.com. We acknowledge within five working days and respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
For personal data Terravek processes on behalf of a customer as a processor, the request should go to that customer as controller. We will tell you if this is the case and who to contact if we can.
