Install the FIELDKIT app, sign in with your ORBIS Cloud account, and scan the QR code on the inside of the node's service hatch. The node will pair over Bluetooth.
The app walks through orientation, solar panel aiming, cartridge detection and a connectivity test. Commissioning takes about four minutes once the node is physically mounted.
If the connectivity test fails on NB-IoT, the app will offer LoRaWAN if a gateway is in range. A node that cannot reach either will still record and store up to 90 days locally.
