Every ORBIS delivery includes a quality report conforming to ISO 19157. It is not boilerplate: it states the measured positional uncertainty, the radiometric uncertainty, the completeness of the coverage and the lineage of every input.
The figure most customers care about is absolute positional accuracy, reported as CE90 and LE90. This is measured against control, not estimated from the sensor specification.
Where a delivery falls below your contracted quality threshold, ORBIS flags it and does not silently deliver. You will see the delivery in state QUALITY_HOLD with the failing measure named.
