Your ORBIS Cloud tenancy is provisioned within one business day of contract signature. You will receive an invitation from identity.terravek.com to your registered administrator address. That first account is a tenancy administrator and should not be used for daily work.
Create individual named accounts for each user. Terravek does not support shared accounts on ORBIS Cloud and the audit log is per-user for a reason.
Set your default coordinate reference system and delivery format under Tenancy Settings before running your first task. Changing them later does not retrospectively convert existing deliveries.
