ATLAS API v3.4
Added STAC classification, version and processing extensions. Standard tier rate limit raised to 600 req/min. Deprecated `sortby` string form in favour of the array form (non-breaking; both accepted).

Unified tasking fabric extended to GRIDSCAN and TIDEWATCH. Co-registration stage rewritten, 2.3× faster on multi-date stacks, bit-identical on the regression corpus. Per-cell uncertainty propagation through change detection. 41 fixes.
