About the team
The Terravek Graduate Programme takes 18–24 people a year across Delft, Tallinn, München, Toulouse and Bristol. Four six-month rotations, a named mentor, and a permanent role at the end for everyone who wants one and has performed.
What you will do
- Four six-month rotations across engineering, data science, product and one commercial function
- A named mentor from the management team for the full two years
- A cohort project presented to the Executive Board at the end of year one
- Terravek Academy certification in your primary track
What we are looking for
- MSc or equivalent completed between September 2026 and September 2027
- Right to work in the country of your chosen location
- Applications close 30 November 2026; assessment centres run in January 2027
Skills and technologies
These are the things we cannot train quickly. Everything else we can.
- MSc or equivalent completed by September 2027
- Analytical rigour
- Written communication
Useful, not required
- Geomatics, computer science, physics or environmental science background
- A second European language
