Terravek Graduate Programme
Two years, four rotations, a named mentor, and published pay that is identical across every track.
The programme started in 2018 with nine people in Delft. It now takes 18–24 a year across Delft, Tallinn, München, Toulouse and Bristol. Ninety-four people have been through it and seventy-one are still with the company.
Structure
- Four six-month rotations. Two is too few to see the shape of the company; six months is long enough to ship something you are accountable for. Shorter rotations produce tourists.
- A mentor separate from your rotation manager. You need someone to be honest with who is not writing your performance review. We got this right by accident and have kept it deliberately.
- A cohort project presented to the Executive Board at the end of year one.
- Terravek Academy certification in your primary track.
- Final placement by preference, matched against need. You rank; we match. We say this in the offer because we got it wrong in 2019 by assigning placements on business need alone and lost four people from that cohort within eighteen months.
Pay
€42,000 gross per year, or local equivalent, identical across every track and every location band. We publish it because pay opacity at graduate level is indefensible: you have no negotiating information and no comparator.
