The four sites Terravek operates that are not staffed offices: a ground station, a calibration range and two colocation facilities.
Svalgrund Ground Station
Two 7.3 m X-band antennas (SVG-A1, SVG-A2) plus S-band TT&C. Unstaffed; operated remotely from Toulouse mission ops (room Cassini 4.22). Site contact via noc@terravek.com.

Vollenhove Polder Calibration Range
Permanent reflector array and 42 in-situ FIELDKIT nodes used for sensor cross-calibration. Field campaigns run March, June and September.

Svalgrund Ground Station
Terravek's own X-band downlink node in Norrbotten County, Sweden, entered service on 30 September 2024. It is unstaffed and operated remotely from the Cassini mission operations room (4.22) at the Toulouse office.
The site's purpose is not a lower median delivery latency but a tighter distribution: a station Terravek controls removes contention for priority passes, which is what determines the worst case for customers running alerting services. The reasoning at the time and the commissioning account.
